On January 6th, France celebrates the Festival of the Kings with the traditional Galette des Rois—a delicious cake made of flaky puff pastry filled with rich almond frangipane. Hidden inside is a small figurine, and whoever finds it in their slice is crowned king or queen for the day!
In Galvagnion group we celebrated this day and enjoyed some cake. This year’s lucky queen was Krista, who graciously appointed Kathi as her co-ruler! Congratulations to both!
